Description
Predominantly Monastrell from old vines cultivated traditionally near the village of Canyada as well as indigenous varieties Arcos and Bonicaire. Minimal intervention in vineyards and winery. The wine is aged in ceramic anforas.
This intriguing wine is fresh and pure with a velvety note on the finish.
Pair to tapas or rice dishes such as paella.
