Description
Sylvain Pataille has produced a highly unusual rosé wine that is akin to a truly great white wine. It is made for keeping, and has a salmon-pink appearance, aromas of fresh red berries and flowers. The palate is particularly full bodied, aromatic and long in the mouth. This wine is produced from Pinot Noir grapes.
It is a true gourmet wine, which will form a perfect pairing with quality fish and fine meats.
