Domaine Belleville operate 18 hectares of vines from Gevrey Chambertin to Mercurey and the wines are in organic conversion. Wines are all made in respect to each parcel in order to highlight the diversity of each plot. The Crée refers to a stony slope, a stony plot of land and serves as a reminder of a former quarry.
