Description
From the foothills of the Pyrenees and through the gorges and to the coastal area of Southern France this wine is produced from carefully selected grapes from excellent growers. Grapes are sourced from cool sites at high altitudes to help maintain freshness in the wine. It is brimming with citrus zest, gooseberry and white peach – the chardonnay in the blend adds a gentle roundness before the lively fresh finish. Pair to grilled sea bass, sushi, other seafood dishes or goats cheese.
