Description
The Boigelot family have been cultivating vines since 1918. Eric learned his craft at Coche-Dury before founding his own 3.5 hectare Domaine in Monthelie where his family have had land for generations. Today Eric has 9 hectares around Meursault, Monthelie, Volnay and Pommard. The family are meticulous with their vineyard work to ensure purity of fruit – The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barrels and then 3 months in vat.
