Description
Domaine Bila haut is founded and run by biodynamic pioneer Michel Chapoutier. Vineyards are all from the Cotes du Roussillon Villages – this wine is a blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. This is a rich red wine that has ripe black cherry, blackberry and plum, complemented by garrigue – the wine is structured and it has supple tannins. Pair to grilled lamb or beef, cassoulet or hard cheese.
