Mont Rocher Viognier – The Mont Rocher Viognier was picked at optimum ripeness at night to preserve the fresh aromas. It has delicious notes of apricot and honeysuckle, with a full unctuous palate but isn’t too overpowering and it finishes lovely and dry.
Felicette Blanc – A super fresh white, a nose of exotic fruits and citrus with a hint of peach and nectarine. In the mouth it is well balanced with a mix of minerality and exotic notes.
Mayfly Sauvignon Blanc – The Mayfly Sauvignon Blanc is fairly unique compared with majority of NZ Sauvignon Blanc’s, as this wine is from a single Estate vineyard of vines planted between 1991 and 2008. This is an exquisite example of the grape variety with grassy notes as well as white peach and exotic passion fruit.
Wild House Shiraz – Generous and full bodied but with a fresh seam of minerality. The wine has notes of Summer pudding, ripe black cherry and vanilla.
Manzanos Tempranillo Rioja – On the border between Rioja and Navarra, Victor Manzanos carries on the work of the four generations before him. Intense cherry red colour, ripe black and red fruits, spices, liquorice and chocolate aroma. Round and well-balanced with fruit notes.
Montsable Pinot Noir – Black cherries and elegant floral notes, with silky smooth tannins.
