A wonderfully juicy and vibrant Loire valley Gamay, packed with ripe cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant and a gentle peppery spice and subtle floral notes. Fresh and supple on the palate with soft tannins and plenty of bright crunchy fruit leading to an easy, refreshing finish. Made from 100% Gamay at the Daridan’s family Les Pierre Blanche vineyard in Touraine. Naturally fermented and aged in stainless steel, keeping the emphasis firmly on freshness and pure fruit. A versatile wine – try lightly chilled with charcuterie, pate, roast chicken or a good cheeseboard.
