Description
The nose, beautifully mature, opens with notes of blackcurrant, plum, and truffle, blended with hints of blond tobacco, leather, and cedar. On the palate, the texture is velvety, the tannins, aged by time, offer a harmonious suppleness. The heart of the wine remains lively and precise, carried by a beautiful freshness that prolongs the tasting. The finish, long and refined, expresses aromas of candied black fruits, sweet spices, and noble wood.
The blend, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and a touch of Petit Verdot, was aged in oak barrels for approximately twelve months, including a significant proportion of new wood, enhancing the aromatic complexity without altering the finesse.
