Description
Winemaker Guillaume has a passion for Grenache based wines, pursuing biodynamics wherever possible, allowing the fruit to express itself freely through hands off winemaking style. This wine is vinified in several different vessels, from pyramid concrete vats, wooden vats and stainless steel. The wine has red and black fruit, plenty of cherry notes and blackberries. Decant this wine and it will develop over an hour or so.
Very versatile in terms of food matching, game, red meats, coq au vin, duck or spicy dishes.
