Description
This is a silky blend of mainly Merlot and Syrah from old vines growing in the foothills of the Pyrenees. This is an unoaked and harmonious wine that delivers bursts of juicy, bright red fruit, led by raspberry, ripe cherry and plum. Medium bodied it glides across the palate with smooth, fine tannins. Chargrilled lamb would work perfectly as a good match, as well as tomato based dishes or hard cheeses.
