Description
A fifth-generation Burgundian vigneron, Nicolas Rossignol started working on the family estate of Rossignol-Jeanniard in 1994 and for several illustrious estates before launching his own domaine in 1997.
Its bouquet is both delicate and captivating, offering a harmonious medley of red berries like cherries and raspberries, intertwined with floral notes of violet and a touch of cinnamon and clove spice. A subtle mineral undertone adds depth and complexity. On the palate, it is smooth and graceful, with vibrant fruit, silky tannins, and a lively, well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and energy.
