Paul Hobbs creates some wonderfully precise and complex wines. Tart cherry and cranberry aromas that open the glass, evolving to red plum and boysenberry steeped with orange peel, bergamot and earl grey. Pair to wild mushrooms, roasted poultry or leg of lamb.
