Description
Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse settled in Rotalier in the 2000s. Convinced that they wanted to work with wines that were as natural as possible, they managed to surround themselves with some very interesting winemakers such as Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet to support them in their beginnings! The small estate covers about 4 ha, all worked organically.
A wild nose with smoky and fruity notes, of currants and wild strawberries.
