Description
A mature, traditional Nebbiolo with all the elegance and complexity of great Alto Piemonte. Aromas of sour cherry, dried raspberry and rose petals mingle with notes of leather, tobacco, forest floor and warming spice. The palate is refined and savoury with vibrant acidity and fine, persistent tannins. Earthy and elegant and wonderfully layered. Pair to slow braised beef, venison, wild mushroom dishes or aged Parmigiano Reggiano. Decant for 30 minutes before serving and serve slightly below room temperature to bring out its aromatic complexity.
