Made from Georgia’s indigenous grape variety – Saperavi, which is hand harvested from the Kakheti region – Saperavi is often compared to Malbec, Cab Franc and even Gamay. This is a dark, juicy and fresh, beetle black hue, rich and full but finishes really brightly with a gentle group. Pairs well with spicy sausage stew, juicy burger and bbq’d meats.
