Description
A Nebbiolo based blend with a touch of Vespolina – handpicked and matured in barrique for 1 year and then put into French barrel for a further two years. A vibrant wine that has complex red fruits, hints of tea, orange peel and earth. The palate is round, silky and delicate with earthy tones and bright acidity. Pair to red meats and cheese.
