Description
A elegant, old school Italian red with real depth and character. This wine is made from 70% Nebbiolo and 30% Vespolina. It matures for 18 months in large oak and is further bottle aged at the winery before release. The wine has ripe cherry and dark berries mingle with dried rose petal, savoury herbs and a hint of liquorice. Beautifully structured with vibrant acidity and firm, fine grained tannins with layers of fruit and earthy complexity.
