Description
This 2021-vintage Mencia has lovely ripe raspberry notes with a touch of rosemary, thyme and menthol. The palate is well balanced with lots of juicy fruit, but a crunch of cranberry on the finish keeps it fresh. A delightful wine to pair with an aubergine stew.
