Description
This is a wine with an exceptional quality, one of the best rosé wines
of France, produced with a vinification achieved by maceration
quite short of Pinot Noir, its natural alcohol level cannot be lower
than 10 °.
View : Light and delicate red.
Nose : Opening of a beautiful aromatic intensity with a nice powerful
flavour of licorices and mint.
Mouth : Greedy attack, sensation of crushed fresh fruit (strawberry,
cherry, blackberry). Very melted tannic structure with beautiful
length in mouth.
Food and Wine pairing :
As an apéritif with petit fours or with meat products such as salamis,
pate, terrines, or in a meal which includes duck filets
This wine should be served at an temperature of between 10 and 12
degrees.
