Description
Viticulture for the Rosato wine from Sardinia is cultivated across the diverse terrain of the Island. Vineyards sit at 15-m above sea level and are 30 years in age. Bright salmon in colour with an aromatic profile, with nuances of cherry, raspberry and blackberry and a subtle hint of salinity. Elegant and intense but harmoniously balance. Pairings include fried seafood, vegetable dishes, delicate meats and light main courses.
