Description
Visual: pale clear and shiny gold dress; the effervescence is very fine. Nose: the nose is characterised by notes of citrus grapefruit; floral notes (white flowers) and fruity notes (white peach). Mouth: the effervescence is present with very fine bubbles, the mouth is full, with a beautiful minerality on the finish.
Food and wine pairing: simply for an aperitif; or during a meal to accompany, for example, scallops, a fish tartare, a risotto or white meats.
