“Distinguished, superior wines with real character and individuality” – Jancis Robinson MW
Join us for a fascinating evening exploring BlankBottle, one of South Africa’s most exciting and unconventional wine producers.
The brainchild of maverick winemaker Pieter Walser, BlankBottle is anything but ordinary. Forget traditional winemaking rules and predictable blends – Pieter creates wines entirely on his own terms, sourcing grapes from exceptional vineyards across South Africa and producing small batches of wonderfully individual wines.
Every bottle has a story, from the unusual grape varieties and unexpected blends to the brilliantly quirky labels. Some wines are made only once, making them as intriguing as they are delicious!
During this in store tasting, we’ll discover the stories behind the bottles, explore Pieter’s wonderfully creative approach to winemaking and, most importantly, taste some seriously exciting South African wines.
Whether you’re already a fan of BlankBottle or simply enjoy discovering something a little different, this promises to be a fun, informal and thoroughly entertaining evening!
Book your place and discover why BlankBottle is anything but ordinary!
