Description
This vin nature is a blend of Sylvaner and Pinot Gris made in the solera system. The sylvaner comes from the 2020, 2021 and 2022 vintages, and Pinot Gris from 2022. Both wines are vinified in old oak barrels.
On the nose it has aromas of quince. In the background, apricots, peaches, persimmons, apples and white flowers. The palate is fresh with grapefruit, orange peel, tangerine, apricots and a subtle hazelnut.
