Description
This small Domaine covers around 14 hectares across different Burgundy villages. Most of the production is sold locally in France, so we are lucky to get a small amount in the shop. The Saint-Aubin comes from limestone and marl-limestone terroir and offers elegant notes of white flowers, ripe stone fruits with hints of honey and a mineral driven finish. All wrapped up by beautiful acidity and freshness.
