Description
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris from a small .4-ha parcel of organically farmed vines planted in the AOC Saint Bris, completed for this vintage with a bit of skin-contact macerated Aligoté, and with three barrels of Chardonnay. A nose of tangerine, vineyard peach, candied pineapple, and a hint of lemon. The palate is ripe, rich, mineral, almost chalky, with a fruity, tender and soft finish.
