Founded in 1982 by the legendary Didier Dagueneau, this celebrated estate in the heart of Pouilly-Fumé produces some of the most distinctive and sought after Sauvignon Blanc’s in the world. Didier came from a winemaking family but came to fame as a champion motorcycle sidecar racer before becoming a revolutionary force in the wine world. He transformed the image of Pouilly-Fumeé. This is from a 3 hectare parcel of south facing vines on limestone/flint. The wine has huge concentration which only benefits from bottle age.
