Produced on our best plots on the hill of the Moulin de la Minière, this Monnières-Saint-Fiacre cuvée is aged for 36 months on its lees.
It is a wine with a lot of roundness, with aromas of exotic fruits and a nice finish.
Risotto with ceps, hard cheese or smoked eel.
