Description
Crafted from Chardonnay grapes grown near Chablis. The wine has an enticing nose that is mineral, delicate, floral and fruit- it has notes of lily, honeysuckle, acacia, citrus and ripe apple. On the palate, a burst of citrus freshness is the dominant feature – followed by ripe white-fleshed fruit. A hint of creaminess, butter and honey emerges over time in the glass. A beautiful glass of wine that can be paired to more complex dishes, salmon rillettes, rabbit terrine and roasted poultry.
