From some of the highest, coolest vineyards in the Cape. The Chardonnay is produced from two North facing vineyards – this is a stylish and very Burgundian in style with bright citrus, white stone fruit, oysters shell minerality and a hint of brioche. The purity of fruit combine with well-judged oak and bright fresh acidity that is layered and complex with a lingering finish. Pair to lobster, turbot in a cream sauce, shellfish or chicken.
