Description
Made by talented winemaker, Jintaro Yura. This neo-winemaker of Japanese origin, based in Alsace, has been able to combine traditional Alsatian practices with Japanese precision and finesse. The wine is created from a blend of old Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois vines. The particularity of its production is based on a three-stage process: 1/3 of the grapes are aged in new barrels, 1/3 in old barrels and 1/3 in stainless steel vats. This strategy allows each wine to develop its own characteristics, before being blended.
