Description
A crisp, single vineyard from Le Troncsec, a 9.5 hectare single vineyard in the commune of Saint Laurent l’Abbaye. The soil here is Kimmeridgian/limestone marls with a stony surface and deep clay – It has intense citrus and yellow fleshed fruits (mirabelle and peach) along with elderflower, mango and subtle gunflint smoke. Pair to seafood or mature goats cheese.
