Description
Joseph Mellot’s prestigious flagship white wine this is all Sauvignon Blanc from old vines on pebble rich limestone soil. The wine is fermented and aged in French oak barrel, with extended time on lees. The wine is expressive and aromatic with notes of citrus, grapefruit, acacia blossom and white flowers. Tropical hints and a distinct chalky/flinty minerality. A great wine for seafood.
