Description
Hunting Hill is a vineyard that was originally planted in 1982 and was a significant part of the original Kumeu River Chardonnay. Occupying the slope overlooking Mate’s Vineyard, this site faces north but undulates towards the south-west which catches the prevailing breeze. It produces wine with a fragrant lemon lime blossom aroma and a palate of exquisite length and fine minerality.
