Description
The Girards are fortunate enough to be able to blend grapes from each of Sancerre’s three key soil types, Terres Blanches (limestone), Caillottes (chalky limestone) and Silex (flint).
Ripe fruit and aromatic on the nose with delicate white flowers and citrus notes on the palate. There is ripe acidity throughout and a lasting mineral expression on the finish making this a lovely linear wine.
