Description
Jean-Pascal Buronfosse settled in Rotalier in the 2000s. Convinced that they wanted to work with wines that are as natural as possible, they managed to surround themselves with vineyards that are at least interesting, such as Jean-François Ganevat and Julien Labet, to support them in their beginnings! The small estate covers about 4 hectares, all worked organically.
A delicate nose with lemon, pears, pepper and coriander. It has a driving energy and a long finish.
