Grown on sand and schist, adjacent to the “Clos de la Hutte” in Possonnière (formerly a monastery site). Bursting with honey blossom and violets, layered with notes of white peach and fresh apricot. Impressively complex, with great concentration and a detailed wet stone minerality on the finish.
